DRIVING GENDER DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

OneStage is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and enabling environment for one and all. Founded on the principles of equality, we firmly uphold diversity to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness in programmatic intervention to positively impact the community.

Our framework and action plan for gender, diversity, and inclusion (GDI) cuts across our vernacular, ethics, policies, program, and budget, to enrich our quality of decision-making and deepen our relationship with stakeholders. We apply a gender and inclusion lens in our programmes, the indicators we develop for tracking outcomes, assessment of new opportunities, a deeper dialogue through roundtables with subject matter experts, and continually revisiting our organizational policies.
